Remuneration policy

1 · General principle

This policy transparently sets out the remuneration arrangements of Helvetic Assist SA. It complements our General Terms and is published under article 45 of the Federal Financial Services Act (FinSA) and FINMA guidelines for insurance intermediaries.

2 · Remuneration model

The Assistant charges no fee to the client, no file fee, no commission on recovered subsidy amounts. The Assistant is remunerated exclusively by partner insurance companies in the form of brokerage commissions, in accordance with the Insurance Supervision Act (ISA).

3 · No conditioning

Recovering a health-insurance subsidy is not subject to any obligation to subscribe to an insurance product. The client retains full freedom of choice regarding their basic health insurer.

4 · Business partners

Partners are FINMA-approved insurance companies. The full list is available upon written request to info@helveticassist.ch.

5 · Remuneration amounts

Commissions are capped by FINMA regulation. Indicative amounts:

6 · No commission on subsidy

No commission, retrocession, management fee or any other payment linked to obtaining, renewing or paying a health-insurance subsidy is received by the Assistant.

7 · Supervision and compliance

The Assistant is registered on the Swiss Register of insurance intermediaries under number F01548337 and holds CICERO certification. Annual audit by an independent third-party body.

8 · Client information right

Under FinSA, the client has the right to obtain, at any time and free of charge: the list of partners, the details of commissions received for their file, a copy of their intermediation contract. info@helveticassist.ch.
