Data controller
Helvetic Assist SA, Route de Morges 36, 1162 St-Prex, Switzerland, is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website (revised DPA, in force since 1 September 2023).
Data collected
- Identification data: surname, first name, address, date of birth, AHV number;
- Contact data: e-mail, phone;
- Financial data: determining income, household, health insurer;
- Technical data: IP address, browser, consultation date.
Purposes
Performance of the mandate, file building, communication with cantonal administrations, legal obligations (DPA, FinSA, AMLA).
Hosting and security
Data hosted exclusively in Switzerland (ISO/IEC 27001). TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. No transfer outside EU/CH.
Retention period
File data is kept for 10 years after the last service. Thereafter anonymised or destroyed.
Your rights
