1 · Purpose
These general terms govern the contractual relationship between Helvetic Assist SA (hereinafter „the Assistant") and any natural or legal person („the Client") using the Assistant's services in Switzerland.
2 · Services
The Assistant provides administrative assistance services: LAMal eligibility verification, dossier preparation and filing, tax optimisation, contract cancellations, obtaining official documents, post-incident handling.
3 · Remuneration model
The Assistant's services are fully free of charge for the Client. The Assistant is remunerated by FINMA-approved partner insurance companies. No file fees, no commission on recovered subsidies.
4 · Client obligations
The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information.
5 · Confidentiality
The Assistant processes personal data in strict compliance with the revised DPA (2023). Data is hosted in Switzerland.
6 · Termination
The Client may end the engagement at any time, without notice or penalty, by written notification.
7 · Applicable law
This contract is governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction: St-Prex, Canton of Vaud.
